Chineze Anyaene, founder of Xandria Productions, traveled to Los Angeles, California in 2005 to begin one year film making program at the New York Film Academy.

She later enrolled for the Masters Degree program to master the art of film making when she realized the potential of directing a distinguish storyline that would earn her the Oscar Awards.

Chineze Anyaene is the youngest female film maker in Nigeria, and she is also the first student in the history of Kodak to shoot a feature film on 35MM raising the bar for the Nollywood film industry. Anyaene as a first time feature director; she has under her belt 12 short films, two commercials, and one music video.

She is currently breaking new grounds with the movie title IJE, “The Journey.” The movie tells the story of two sisters with unbreakable bonds of loyalty and the power of the human spirit.  IJE was directed by Chineze Anyaene, produced by Paula Moreno and the director of photography is Keith L. Smith.

The movie IJE has the cast of Nollywood A list A-list actors and actresses such as Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde Genevieve Nnaji and Clem Ohameze.

The film was shot in locations in Jos, Nigeria and Los Angeles, California. The film’s official website is www.ijethemovie.com .
